How to complete PantaSign Partner Login KYC Process

As per recent guidelines by CCA, now partners also required to complete Organizational KYC for issuance of DSC.

Requirement of Documents:-

1. Business Registration Certificate ( If GSTIN not provided ) like MSME Certificate / Udhyam Aadhaar / Shop establishment / Trade license / commercial license / GST Certificate. Check how to do Udyam Registration - https://www.esolutions.net.in/post/how-to-do-udyam-or-msme-registration

2. Photograph

3. PAN Card Copy

4. Aadhaar Card / Address Proof Copy

Here we are explaining process to complete PantaSign Partner Login KYC :-

Step 1: Login in your PantaSign Login. After login a pop up will be opened. Click on Apply Here button.

Step 2: On next screen, tick If GST Number not available / applicable, then enter your organization name, unit, type as Proprietorship ( We are taking this example as maximum customers are either individual proprietor. ), PIN, City and State. Then enter Individual Person PAN Number, Name, Gender, DOB, Mobile, PayTM No, eMail ID and EKYC PIn as 123456. Click on GET OTP for mobile and eMail OTPs and enter them. Also upload Photo of Individual and Click on Submit.

If you have GST Number then enter GSTIN number and select Trade Name Option. and rest enter other details as explained in earlier step.

Step 3: On next screen, it will show you details you have entered. Tick the Undertaking, Enter Captcha Code and Click on Submit.

Step 4: On next screen, it will show you to upload Video, Applicant Docs and Organization Documents.

First of all upload Applicant documents like

1. Applicant Photo

2. PAN Card

3. Address Proof

4. Business Registration Certificate in Auth Sign Letter.

and click on Upload Document and then Close.

Now upload Organization documents like

1. Bank Statement / Deed / Registration

2. PAN Card

3. Other

Click on Upload Document and Close.

Now Click on Upload Video and complete video verification and display all original documents which were uploaded in previous step.
