As per new CCA Guidelines ( July 2024 ) , Please find details about new DSC Model. Major changes are as under :

1. DSC Stock can not be used to issue dsc. Wallet is also not required.

2. You have to issue DSC directly from Certifying Authority & you will get commission.

3. Exsting stock and Wallet amount will be adjusted by VSign against issuance of new DSC.

Please note : Now DSC will not apply from Partner Login. Read below details carefully for process of applying dsc and how to get commission on these dscs. Also please note bill / invoice of dsc will also go on customer email by VSign. You can invoice for USB Token from your end.

DSC Enrollment Process : https://dsc.vsign.in/applydsc - Use this link to enroll / apply DSC, use your BP ( Business Partner Code ) during dsc enrollment for commissions.

Steps to follow during dsc enrollment :

Applicant KYC Login : After applying for DSC wait for the KYC to get approved. Use this link after approval of the KYC – https://dsc.vsign.in for eSign Agreement and challenge code.

Commissions : For every DSC enrolled with Partner Details, you will get commission on base rate of below price list. Your can see your commission in your Partner Login dashboard. We will tell you Process To claim commission from login soon. You will get some commission for additional support charges also. For commission percantage %, Please contact us.

Details about Existing Stock & Wallet : VSign will inform the process to settle the existing stock and Wallet in upcoming days. Please wait till the time and issue dsc in new process till then.
