This information is about re-issuance of DSC without any cost for full validity which were issued in between 03.03.2022 to 13.11.2022.

Step 1: Open your Partner Login, Click on Application Menu and click Manage Application.

Step 2: Enter Application Number and click on Search.

Step 3: On next screen, Click on Initiate Under new root 2022- Free and Click on Reissue button.

Step 4: Pop window will open, It will show you the Expiry date of DSC, Click on Confirm button.

Step 5: Write down the Application IDs and wait for approval from eMudhra. After Approval, Applicant will receive download challenge code. Take that code from customer and download DSC using new application ID and code.

Please note In case of re-issue under New root chain, New Application ID will get generated and Challenge code will go to customers mobile number. To download new application id, take challenge code from customer and then download dsc.

Please keep both DSCs in USB Token and handover to customer. Don't delete short validity DSC from Token.

Please note that eMudhra DSCs downloaded after 13.11.2022 are having full validity.
